Sets for Hire

This is a wonderfully colourful set with a great sense of depth created in all the scenes.

This beautiful set has been freshly built by DSH. The lanterns in the portal have been painted in UV to give them that extra zing.

This is a most beautifully designed and painted Cinderella set that really has the wow factor. It has to be seen to be believed.

We have three different Cinderella coaches available for hire, The Pegasus (pictured below) is an amazing automated hydraulic coach. There is also a beautiful Trucked coach and horses, and one that can be drawn by two small, real ponies.

This stunning set was created by DSH in 2016 and has enjoyed each subsequent season since then. Also available for hire are a choice of beautiful Cinderella coaches including our amazing Pegasus coach pictured below.

This is a beautifully colourful and charming set with great depth. Although the cloth sizes appear quite small, this set is perfect for mid-scale venues. It benefits from hard portal legs and soft borders enabling it to suit a variety of prosceniums and stages.

For that added element of entertainment, there is an hilarious “Rocking Galley” scene available for hire.

This set was built by DSH for the 2015 pantomime season. True to form, Alex designed us a brilliantly traditional and versatile set, with the added feature of an optional 2m centre extension for portal 1.

We also have a marvellous rocking galley effect, seen below, that will give guaranteed slapstick to your ship-wreck scene.

This is the largest of our Jack and the Beanstalk sets with the booked flats having an average size of
5m tall by 4m wide once opened out.

This Jack set is another traditional design by Alex. It has a moving waterwheel in the village scene and a lovely garden scene for the finale.

Ideal for the smaller venue or one with difficult sight lines, this set has the choice of either hard portal headers or soft borders with the latter giving you slightly more flexibility in terms of the width of the portal openings.

This is a beautifully rendered set for Peter Pan evoking the mystery and aura of this classic tale in all it’s scenes.

The Crocodile pictured below is also available for hire.

This is a superb set, once again designed in the traditional style. This set benefits from being predominantly cloths, so is quick and easy to fit-up and run.

It also has the choice of either hard tree legs and headers for portal’s 2 and 3 or soft legs and borders. Take a look at our amazing Archery Target and spooky Talking Trees that can give this production the extra wow factor.

Originally built at The Northcott Theatre in Exeter, this marvellously bright and colourful set will compliment any production of Sleeping Beauty or Cinderella. The portals are adjustable to cope with a range of proscenium widths.

2026 saw us create a full set for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The three dimensional, 5m wide cottage truck, spins round to reveal the interior of the cottage, complete with a loft housing seven bunk beds and has been hired as a stand alone piece, but we now have a full Snow White and the Seven Dwarf’s set available to hire, with newly designed cloths and beautiful sparkly portals.
The cottage truck is 5m wide when together and is designed to rotate on stage as one, but can be split into 3 separate trucks for storage offstage. The DS section of the interior floor can also fold up to make the truck easier to move on and off stage. There are two independent flats SL and SR that form the full interior scene. The fireplace flat can be used as a backing flat to the window when it is the exterior view.
